Worlds- Friday -Round 5 of 6

Saturday, September 20th, 2008

It is 70 degrees and sunny. Not at all like the smoking hot Fla we left yesterday. Not rainy, mud has dried and the race is on. First of all I love the weather! It’s like California weather. No complaints here!
I also spotted two Starbucks near the track so this is one happy camper :)

We arrived in time for Maifields run, looking good, he led for most if the round and traded spots with wheeler at the end. One more round to go this afternoon.

Can we get some more tall flags around here??
Meanwhile I need to figure out how to get a mechanics badge to get in the fenced areas. How can they keep me out?
I was a mechanic at Torino, Italy in 2005 and Minnreg in Fla in ‘03. I can totally weild a soldering gun, …. Oh right no one uses those any more …..
Ok time to watch truhe, hara, Tebo, James, hickerson, etc.
